Vacay is a web-based leave management platform ("the Service") that allows businesses ("Company Accounts") to manage employee leave requests, approvals, and scheduling. The Service is operated and provided by Vacay ("we", "us", "our").

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform.

We aim to keep Vacay available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from planned or unplanned downtime.
