The Vacay platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform.
We aim to keep Vacay available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from planned or unplanned downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vacay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
